These are questions that we get asked frequently, so you may want to check if your question is answered here before contacting us.
Is it safe to shop at your site?
We use the latest in encryption technologies, are Verisign Secured, and have security measures in place to ensure your information is always kept safe. Because of these steps, we can offer a safe shopping experience. Even though we accept credit cards online, none of our employees can see your credit card data - only the information they need to process your order for you. As an additional measure, we are a member of the Better Business Bureau and a participant in the BBB online reliability program.
How long before you ship out the products?
We warehouse our products, so we are able to offer same or next day shipping. While other companies are processing orders and arranging drop shipping, our products are already on the way to you.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We do not ship to other countries. We only ship to the 48 contiguous states, and shipping is free for orders $50.00 and over.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
We ship only UPS Ground at this time. Because we warehouse our products, we ship same or next day. You will normally receive your product 3 - 5 days from purchase. Many of our products are very heavy and bulky and it would be very expensive to ship overnight.
I need a replacement pan for my Midwest Crate, do you sell them?
Yes we do. You will need to know the model and size of your crate to order the correct pan. Replacement pans can be found here.
My product was damaged in transit, what do I do?
Contact us, and we will happy to arrange for another to replace it. You will need to keep hold of your original product for 7 business days in case UPS decides to inspect the package, but there is no wait for your replacement - we send it straight away.
Do you give quantity discounts, or wholesale prices?
We are a retailer so we do not offer wholesale pricing. Our prices compare very favorably to Petsmart and Petco, plus we offer free shipping.
If I order my crate now, when will I receive it?
Our products are in stock, so we will ship it to you straight away. Our warehouse is located in Ohio, so transit times vary, but normally you will receive your crate in 3 - 5 days.
Some of your products are "e-coated" and some are galvanized, what's the difference?
Both of these coatings are hard wearing and designed to last. The primary difference is the in the way they look.
I've ordered some products but would like to cancel, what do I do?
If we have already shipped your product, you will need to ship it back to us for a full refund of your purchase price. If you have just ordered, we may be able to catch the order before it ships, but our warehouse is very efficient so this may not be possible.
Are you the manufacturer of the crates?
No, we are an independent retailer with no relationship to "Midwest Homes 4 Pets". The manufacturer of Midwest Pet Crates can be reached by phone at: (800) 428-8560.
Do you sell crate dividers or drop pins?Yes, we sell crate dividers - you can find them under the “Dog Crates” menu.
I would like to have my products held at my UPS office. How can I do this?
Contact your local UPS location to make this happen. UPS will not allow us to do this on your behalf. Once you have ordered, simply call the UPS office and let them know that you want your products to be held. To find your local UPS office, follow this link and then click on the "locations" menu.
