About Midwest Pans
Midwest has changed the formulation of the pans. Older trays are thicker and more brittle. The new formulation pans are lighter, more flexible and designed to be tougher. If your crate is more than a few months old, it is likely that the replacement pan will be somewhat different from the one you have now. These pans are authentic Midwest pans - they are just redesigned to last longer than the old formulation. Please take care to order the correct size. Midwest Replacement Pans
The replacement pans are exclusively for Midwest Dog Crate models: Life Stages, iCrate, Drop Pin, Bay Isle Collection, and the 1154U Big Dog Crate. Note: iCrate and Life Stages crates require a different pan model.

This pan is designed to fit the 1154U crate
• Easy-to-clean pan
• Made from tough, long lasting ABS plastic
• Under normal conditions, these pans will last a lifetime.
• Note: Midwest produces three types of 1154 crate. The model sold online has a "U" suffix because it is slightly narrower to fit within UPS parcel shipping guidelines. If in doubt about the model crate you have, measure the width of your crate. If it is 35", this pan will fit.

Replacement Pans
Although Midwest dog crate pans are made from high-quality, strong, flexible ABS plastic they are not indestructible. They are designed to be tough, but also comfortable. If you have a particularly lively dog, or an aggressive chewer it is possible that your dog could damage the pan. To increase the life of your pan, please consider placing some cushioning between the pan and the wire crate, such as cardboard or a piece of padded fabric.

Crate Size
If you are still not sure of the crate size, you can find out Midwest Crate you have by measuring the length of the crate. Replacement pans fit crates of sizes 18, 22, 24, 30, 36, 42, and 54".
Simply measure the crate from front to back (the long side) and this will tell you which crate you have. The trays vary by crate model, so it is important that you know the Midwest Crate Series.
For the 24" Folding Crates, the height of the crate is critically important and will determine which pan you need.
