We will do everything we can to expedite your order, but at certain times of the year ship times and transit times will vary. If your order is time sensitive, contact us.
Are There Any Shipping Surcharges?
Due to the increase in fuel and wholesale prices, a $9.95 transit surcharge applies to orders shipped to AZ, CA, ID, OR, UT and WA. Orders shipped to CO, MT, NM, NV and WY incur a $5.95 transit surcharge.
What are the shipping charges?
Most orders feature free shipping. Our items ship via UPS ground services. If required, you will be charged based on the weight and size of the item as well as your location. We do this because our items vary widely in weight, and we do not want to overcharge customers with light orders to make up for customers with heavy orders.
How long before my product ships?
Orders received before 11:00 Eastern will be normally be shipped same business day. Orders received after 11:00 Eastern or on weekends will normally be shipped next business day. Certain items, such as replacement pans, and SUV Crates will ship next business day. Orders placed after 17:00 Eastern will be processed the following business day.
How can I track my order?
Your order can be tracked through the UPS web site using the "Track Your Order" link at the top right of this page. You will need to input your order number and the tracking information will be available.
Can I save on shipping per item if I order multiple products?
This depends on the combination of products. For example, a dog bed and crate may ship for less than two dog crates.
By what method will my order ship?
All items ship via UPS ground directly from our warehouse.
How long will it take to get my products?
Delivery times vary but it is normal to receive your order in 3 - 5 business days.
How do you handle backorders?
Yes, we will notify you of the backordered item(s) and inform you of the expected ship date. If this date is not acceptable, contact us if you wish to cancel your order.
